Job Description:

As an Overnight Pet Sitter and/or Boarding Provider, you will be responsible for offering a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for cats and dogs while their owners are away. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care and attention to pets in their own home and/or in your own home. Your role will involve:

1. Offering overnight pet sitting and/or boarding services, ensuring the pets feel secure and loved throughout their booking.
2. Providing regular feeding, exercise, and playtime sessions according to the specific needs and instructions of each pet.
3. Administering medication or special care, if required, based on the pets' health conditions and owner's instructions.
4. Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by regularly cleaning bedding, food bowls, litter boxes, and any other necessary areas.
5. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets in your care, including monitoring for any signs of distress, illness, or behavioral issues.
6. Maintaining open communication with pet owners, providing updates and pictures every 3 hours to give them peace of mind during their absence.
7. Adhering to our company's policies and guidelines to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our stellar reputation.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Previous experience in pet care, either through professional pet sitting, veterinary work, or owning and caring for your own pets.
2. A genuine love and understanding of both cats and dogs, with the ability to handle pets of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments.
3. A safe and pet-friendly home environment, suitable for hosting overnight stays for pets (when boarding).
4. Availability to provide overnight care on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
5. Reliable transportation to accommodate pick-up and drop-off services, if necessary.
6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide regular updates to pet owners and collaborate effectively with the Skyline Pet Care team.
