PS&CBE was founded after my own search for pet care. I’d owned horses along with a menagerie of rescue animals my whole life and found all of them needed more attention than a novice could. Every pet is special so I take pride in creating individual plans for your unique circumstances. I understand how daunting it can feel to leave your pets while you are gone.
